It is morning. Naemi and I have just returned from breakfast. We use to play a fine trick now in the sunday breakfasts. On saturday evening we buy all the bread we can get on our breadcards. When we shall go to breakfast in sunday morning we take it with us and have some butter, cheese etc on it. And so we have them for dinner to spare that expense. Fine young ladies, indeed! But what may we not do, to spare money!<\/p>\n
Last friday evening I was at Toscha Seidels concert on Musikaliska Akademien. Good heaven, how that boy plays his violin! One really get excited. The applauses were so intensive, that he had to play four extra numbers and must return to bow to the public five times.<\/p>\n
Yesterday evening I went with the Nilssons to a feast in Kungsholms Realskola. The boys there have a club, called “Brage” and now that club had its annual feast. First some little boys played violin and sung, but I couldn\u00b4t help not liking that violinplaying, when I thought of Toschas playing the day before. <\/p>\n
But naturally there must be a very great difference. After the music, the boys played a little piece of theater and there was a silly valet who was really good. And then the dancing began, but there was such a lot of dancers, so Maja, Greta (comrades from the gymnastic, who I met there) and I disappeared after having spent a crown on chocolate. Oh, such a expence! Nej, nu orkar jag inte med engelskan mer f\u00f6r denna g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n
I eftermiddag skall Naemi och jag g\u00e5 till Ahlbergs p\u00e5 Liding\u00f6n. Och nu p\u00e5 f\u00f6rmiddagen hade vi t\u00e4nkt att g\u00e5 till Sl\u00f6jdf\u00f6reningens utst\u00e4llning i Liljevalchs konsthall. Den skall vara mycket sev\u00e4rd. Ja – det g\u00e4ller att utnyttja sina s\u00f6ndagar!<\/p>\n
Dagarna g\u00e5 ju med en s\u00e5dan svindlande hast, att man inte hinner med ett dugg, mer \u00e4n det allra n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigaste. Och knappt det! Jag har nu flera eftermiddagar t\u00e4nkt att sy mig n\u00e5gra par varma byxor, nu n\u00e4r k\u00f6lden nalkas, men inte har det blivit n\u00e5got av inte! Tillklippta har de legat en l\u00e4ngre tid, men l\u00e4ngre tycks de inte avancera. Varje middag, d\u00e5 jag \u00e4tit, har jag t\u00e4nkt, att nu skall jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 att sy. Men s\u00e5 har jag f\u00e5tt tag i “Dear Enemy” och s\u00e5 ha “Dear Enemy” och jag dvalts i ljuv f\u00f6rening p\u00e5 chaislongen, under det att de on\u00e4mnbara f\u00e5tt ligga d\u00e4r tillklippta i sin ensamhet!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
