Lowly the twilight is falling. The heaven is clear and blue, and only a light little breeze breaks the calm surface of the lake. Some lamps have been lightened round it and send glittering reflexes in the blue water. It is spring in the air. Oh, beloved spring how I long for you!<\/p>\n
Today it had been such a beautiful weather. Sunny and warm. Just springweather. Ragnhild and I had a charming promenade on Strandv\u00e4gen, and then we went to T\u00f6rnblads to have, she coffee and I a lemonsquash. The darker it becomes, the whiter the lights glitter round the shores. in the early twilight they glimmer just red. <\/p>\n
Now it is a Sunday morning. On these mornings all is so quiet and calm. No carriages, which scrambling go down the street, no workers, who carry the coals from the boats alongside the shore and no puffing automobiles. When the clock strikes ten, the churchclocks begin to ring. It sounds so solemn in the calm morning. <\/p>\n
Oh, this night I had such a beautiful dream. I dreamt, that I was on flight with a man, who was my beloved. We fled for some evil people, who would capture us and kill us. We climbed up a high mountain in heavy snow, but I felt not at all
\nfrightened, because my beloved was with me. At last we reached a big house, and there we went in to hide ourselves. But our cruel enemies came after us even there. It seemed to me as amongst them there were some very handsome and cruel women, who would take my beloved from me.<\/p>\n
We sat on a bank beneath a large window whilst we waited for what they would do with us. And so my beloved kissed me. Oh, such a kiss! It was such a wonderful, delightful feeling I felt in my dream. And after that long lingering kiss all was dim and after a little while I awoke. But still I felt that undescribable sweet kiss on my lips, and when I now shut my eyes I feel my whole mind filled up with it. Oh, I wonder, if I ever shall get such a kiss. Now I know how I shall feel when “the right man” will kiss me, if ever there will be any “right man” for me. Oh, I never had such a dream before.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
