Dagens Kivavän: Heng Kom

This Village Bank loan consists of eight members in Khsach Village in Kandal Province led by Village Bank President Mrs. Heng Khom, a vegetable farmer requesting a loan to purchase more vegetable seeds to cultivate in her field. Her husband, Mr. En Korn, assists his wife’s business in order to improve their living conditions together.
Heng is 44 years old and the mother of four children, one a poultry breeder and another a boat operator who makes a small income that helps support the family. The other two children attend the local school.
